--منذوا بداية العام ونحن نرى بل ونشارك في ورش عمل كثيرة وكلام كثير من أعضاء في الحوار..!! والاتحاد..!! وأيضا بعض المنتديات والمنظمات الدولية والمحلية الداعمة والكلام يدور في فلك (تمكين المرأة سياسيا واستعادة حقوقها المسلوبة سياسيا واجتماعيا)وأيضا برغم كل ذلك الضجيج لم يستطيعوا أن يعملوا مؤتمر واحد فقط للأسف الشديد. .تعددت النقاشات والأفكار لكننا نسمع جعجعة ولا نرى طحينا ابدا. . الشيء المؤسف حقا في الأمر انهم وكأنهم يجتمعوا للثرثرة فقط فلم يصدروا تقرير واحد أو يثبتوا حالة نجاح واحدة في عمل ما، كله كلام في كلام، لدرجة تشعرني أنني لو سألت أحدهم ماذا فعلتوا لنصرة قضايا المرأة؟ ؟ سيخجل من الرد على هكذا سؤال.!!؟؟
والمحزن والمزعج لي شخصيا أن هناك من ربطوا الليل بالنهار وسهروا وتعبوا وعملوا لإنجاز التقارير اليومية والإسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية تم تهميشهم بشكل متعمد . .هذا العمل المشين يثير الذهول عندي وعند غيري. .ويبعث على التساؤل. .لماذا يتم التهميش والالغاء لتلك النخب التي لا هدف لها إلا إيصال المعاناة إلى العالم. .ولا أعلم أو حتى أكون صريحة انا اعلم لماذا يتم التهميش لكن اتركها لحديث صريح آخر. .
وإلا لا داعي لتركها سأقولها واجري على الله (الموضوع كله مجاملة في مجاملة)
نجامل شخص على حساب شخص وشخص آخر على شخصيات أخرى فاعلة على الأرض والمنظمة الدولية والمحلية تلك بتدعم اعمال تلك المنظمة الآخرى وعلى هكذا ..
هناك تساؤلات كثيرة مثيرة للريبة والشك!!؟
أين الدعم المقدم من المنظمات الدولية والمحلية للمرأة والطفل وأين يذهب ؟
الإجابة بح..مافي أي شيء ملموس على الأرض لا رأيت حقوق مكنت للمرأة أو تم تمكينها منها. .هل لمسنا تغير في بعض القوانين لأعطاء المرأة المزيد من الحقوق اكيد لا ! ! إذن ما فائدة ورش العمل اذا لم تجد أرضية جيدة لتطبيقها. .كل ما نراه هو دعمت تلك المنظمة لعمل ورشة عمل لتطبيق توصيات وتقارير حقوق المرأة والطفل لكن التطبيق على الأرض (صفر) *كسراب بقيعة يحسبه الضمان ماء*...وهنا الخلل والسبب إعطاء هذه المهام لغير أهلة النتيجة طبيعية رح تكون هذه (صفر)أو (سراب) ..
--تحول العمل في هذا الشأن من العمل الإنساني البحت إلى مجاملات ومزايدات لذلك لم ينجح، ولن ينجح أي عمل ولن تتحول التوصيات التي تخرج بها ورش العمل إلى نجاح ميداني. .
--المطلوب فقط أن يتحلى الجميع بالروح الإنسانية وان يتخلى الجميع عن الأنانية وحب الذات والابتعاد عن المجاملات فهذا عمل إنساني،وليس عمل آخر ممكن أن تزايد وتجامل فيه . .هنا فقط نستطيع أن نرى النتائج تتحقق على الأرض. ...ولأن الحديث في هذا ذو شجون فإني اقول للحديث بقية...!!!

- Since the beginning of the year, we have seen and even participated in many workshops and the words of many members of the dialogue .. !! And the union .. !! And also some forums and supportive organizations and the talk is in the orbit of (empowering women politically and restoring their rights deprived politically and socially) and also, despite all the noise, they were unable to do only one conference, unfortunately. Discussions and ideas abounded, but we hear grief and never see our flour. . The really unfortunate thing about the matter is that they seem to meet for gossip only, they did not issue a single report or prove one case of success in a work, all talk in words, to the extent that it feels to me that if I asked someone what did they do to support women's issues? ? He would be ashamed to answer such a question. !! ??
Sad and annoying to me personally, there are those who linked the night to the day, stayed up, worked, and worked to accomplish the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, who were deliberately marginalized. This shameful act stuns me and others. And it raises the question. Why is marginalization and abolition of those elites whose only goal is to bring suffering to the world? I don’t know, or even be frank, I know why marginalization takes place, but I leave it for another frank talk. .

We compliment a person at the expense of another person and another person over other personalities active on the ground and that organization by supporting the actions of that other organization and so on ..
There are many questions suspicious and suspicious !!?
Where and where is the support provided by organizations for women and children?
The answer is: there is nothing concrete on the ground that I have not seen rights that enabled or empowered women. Have we touched some laws to give women more rights? ! So what is the benefit of the workshops if you do not find good ground for their application? All we see is that the organization has supported the work of a workshop to implement recommendations and reports on the rights of women and children, but the application on the ground (zero) * as a mirage of water is calculated by the guarantee * * Here is the defect and the reason is to give these tasks to those who are not qualified. The result will be normal (zero). Or (mirage) ..
Work in this regard has shifted from purely humanitarian action to compliments and auctions for that it has not succeeded, and no work will succeed, and the recommendations made by the workshops will not turn into field success. .
The only thing that is required is for everyone to display the human spirit and for everyone to give up selfishness, self-love, and avoid courtesy. This is a humanitarian action, and not another work that can be increased and complimented in it. Only here we can see results on the ground. ... And because the hadith about this is jealous, I would say the rest of the hadith ... !!!
